Peterborough Roof & factory refurbishment

GHB Ltd took on the design and build as a main contractor to extend the existing office accommodation into space currently used for storage racking, creating a whole new office space, along with sever room and plant deck storage areas and separate kitchen space.

The existing WCs where also reconfigured and refurbished with new sanitary appliances, with new floor coverings and decoration throughout

The existing archive racking was serviced and whole new modular racking and storage options installed within the storage area, with new boot wash system.

We also undertook the design development and installation and commissioning of the complete M&E package,including lighting and power, data,  CCTV, door entry and fire alarm upgrade, AC to server, LTHW, ventilation and domestic water services.
